1). The selection of truss materials

2). Strong and reliable main drive shaft
The main drive shaft with a solid shaft to transfer torque, with both ends of two self aligning roller bearings. The upper two transmission chain wheels that drive the spindle are used to transform the rotation of the drive shaft into step movements, which are processed by the CNC milling machine in pairs, so as to ensure the accuracy and synchronization of the sprockets. The structure is also easy to install and adjust.

5) . A comfortable and reliable escalator design step system
The escalator design step system is the support and guiding mechanism of the step and step chain when it circulate in the structure frame. The system has a closed loop circuit. In order to form an integral part of these rails, we use side panels and some specially designed fasteners. The curved rail of the upper and lower head is welded on the side plate by the side plate welding machine, and then hanged into the structural frame in the Longmen tooling. The tooling ensures the accuracy of the step system, so that our escalator can have good running comfort and low noise.
